What is the status of my order?

Each order receives an email with your tracking information. If you haven't received the email please check your spam folder.

Where are your products shipped from?

Our products are shipped from our storage facility in the UK.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept all Shopify payments, PayPal, Coinbase commerce and Klarna.

What shipping courier do you use?

Royal Mail, DHL and Hermes. 

How do I know the product I bought has recycled content materials?

All of our fabrics are Global Recycled Standard [GRS] certified, are fully vetted and pre-approved for use by our team.
