Shipping policy

We offer both free and paid express delivery shipping. 

Free shipping is sent economy via Evri.  They advise to allow 3-5 working days for each parcel.  As soon as your order is processed you will receive your tracking number via email (please check your spam/junk).  

Paid express delivery must be place before 12pm to guarantee delivery within 1-2 working days.  

We are more than happy to liaise with our courier partners to locate parcels outside of the expected delivery windows.  Simply email us at orders@recytex.co, with your order number as the subject, should you have any issue.
